UK ORDERS

We work really hard at the OB studio to ensure all orders are dispatched within 7-10 working days of being received (allowing time for personalised items). We dispatch all orders via Royal Mail & Evri.

Postage & Packaging flat rate - £3.95 per order.

OVERSEAS ORDERS

We are happy to fulfil any overseas orders, where possible, & will charge shipping at cost.

RETURNS

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind & wish to return an item. We accept returns on non-personalised items within 14 days of receipt.

Please Whats app us on 07970479275 or info@onlyblue.co.uk to arrange a RETURNS NUMBER, so we can ensure your return is either exchanged or refunded as promptly as possible. Returns are the responsibility of the buyer, so we suggest using a tracked service, such as Royal Mail signed for.
