When will I receive my order?

We work really hard at the OB studio to ensure all orders are dispatched within 5-7 working days of being received (allowing time for personalised items). We dispatch all orders via Royal Mail. Flat rate of £4.50 for UK orders.

Can I return or exchange my personalised products?

Unfortunately, as each product is personalised just for you, we cannot offer returns or refunds on these bespoke items, unless they are faulty.
 

Can I return or exchange standard products?

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind & wish to return an item. We accept returns on non-personalised items within 14 days of receipt. Please email info@onlyblue.co.uk to arrange a RETURNS NUMBER, so we can ensure your return is either exchanged or refunded as promptly as possible. Returns are the responsibility of the buyer, so we suggest using a tracked service, such as Royal Mail signed for.

Can I add more letters to the bags apart from the amount included with the bag?

Yes you can have as many letters as you’d like & that will fit comfortably on the bag you have chosen. Please enquire at info@onlyblue.co.uk if you’d like anything out of the ordinary & we’ll try our best to accommodate your request.
 

Do the Coral Prints come framed?

The prints come unframed in 4 sizes. 5X7 , A5 , A4 & A3. 

But there are fantastic frames at www.photoframesandart.com which I’ve used for many of the coral images. www.ikea.com/gb also has some fantastic, well priced frames.

Is there a gift wrapping service?

We take time & care to wrap all orders that leave our studio with lovely tissue & tags, whether they are just for you or bought as a gift. We don’t charge a service fee for this. If you have any special requests for gift orders, such as written notes or delivery direct to recipient, just let us know & we will arrange this for you.
